On July 31, 2017, the Edmonds City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the following issue:
Public Hearing on Highway 99 Area Planned Action Ordinance
The proposed ordinance would amend the Edmonds Community Development Code to allow development that is within the parameters of the Highway 99 Subarea Planned Action Environmental Impact Statement and meets mitigation requirements to be able to proceed without further environmental review under the State Environmental Policy Act, except as required for environmentally critical areas, and consistent with all other applicable development regulations.
The City Council meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Public Safety Complex, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds, Washington. At the time and place stated above, all interested parties will be heard, however, there will be a time restriction for oral comment. Written comments are welcomed prior to or at the public hearing.
