Park Impact Fees

• Single-family house: $2,734.05 per dwelling unit
• Multi-family residential housing: $2340.16 per dwelling unit
• Non-residential development: $1.34 per square foot.

Transportation Impact Fees

Fees are noted below as well as in City handout and Code.

• Single-family house: $6249.14 per dwelling unit
• General Office: $10.89 per square foot
• Medical Office: $20.74 per square foot
• Edmonds Community Development Code Chapter 3.36

Hours:

The permit counter is open for walk-in service (no appointment necessary) M-F 8:30am to 2:00pm.  We are closed for lunch daily between 12:00pm – 1:00pm. Meetings outside of walk-in hours are available by appointment.  Phone 425-771-0220. 

Planning and Development Permit Center staff are available M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm for Telephone and Digital/Remote access.
