Civil Plan Sheet Information
Civil construction plans are to be submitted for all Commercial, Multi-family and Subdivision development projects. Civil construction plans are also required for residential projects that include installation of frontage improvements, a stormwater management system or extension of a public utility main.

STORMWATER CODE & REFERENCE DOCUMENTS
The City of Edmonds stormwater code was updated effective July 1, 2022 to meet Department of Ecology NPDES permit requirements. The code is based off the 2019 DOE manual.
