ELECTRONIC FILING ALERT: Effective Sept. 1, 2020, per amended local court rule EDM-GR 30(B)(b)(i), "Pleadings shall be filed electronically by uploading the document in .pdf format to the court through its filing portal on the court's website. Parties who do not have access to a device that can file electronically may file pleadings in person, by fax, or by mail to the court."

Modified Operations due to COVID-19
Effective May 13, 2020, in the interest of public health during the COVID-19 outbreak, Edmonds Municipal Court has modified court operations. The court will reschedule all out of custody court hearings and MRT classes via zoom per Supreme Court Revised and Extended Order Regarding Court Operations 25700-B-618. Edmonds Municipal Court Administrative Order 23-B and Amendment went into effect May 30, 2020 as it relates to court appearances and hearings set. Notice of rescheduled hearings from the court will be sent to counsel if you are represented or via US mail if you are not represented. If your mailing address needs to be updated with the court, please call us at (425) 771-0210.
The court window is closed to the public, but staff are still in the clerk's office. Staff are available by telephone, and both mail and email at [email protected] will be received. Probation appointments will be conducted via telephone. Your probation officer will call with notice of new appointment date and time. You are required to contact your probation officer at any scheduled time, unless otherwise directed by the Probation Officer. Passports will not be processed until further notice.
