Employee Contracts and Policies

Personnel Policies

These personnel policies serve as a general guide to the City's current employment practices and procedures. As such, we hope they will help one to better understand how the City operates and what is expected of an employee. These policies also describe what the City provides in terms of compensation, benefits and other support.

These policies are not intended to be a contract, express or implied, or any type of promise or guarantee of specific treatment upon which you may rely, or as a guarantee of employment for any specific duration.
