(Edmonds - WA) The City of Edmonds is seeking public input on the Landmark 99 opportunity in a second community conversation taking place Saturday, November 18th from 10am to 12pm in the Great Hall at Edmonds-Woodway High School.
The Highway 99 Landmark property represents a unique opportunity to transform the Edmonds southern gateway into a vibrant multi-use community space. This 10-acre property could address long-standing issues that have been discussed by residents, staff, and elected officials for years, including the need for housing, parks and public space, and community spaces.
The meeting will include a presentation on three site design options based on discussions from the first public meeting and input from the community poll. The presentation will be followed up with small group discussions to obtain feedback on each of the site design options. Activities for children will be available.
