Engineering Division staff manages the planning, development and implementation of city funded capital improvement projects for the city's transportation, water, sewer, stormwater management and facilities improvement projects.

The following documents provide information for Capital projects listed in the draft Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for years 2013 through 2018. Projects are categorized and sorted by the numerical Funds listed in the Budget.

Quarterly Project Report

The quarterly project report provides information on capital improvement projects managed by the Public Works Department.  The report contains information on the status of each project, estimated project budget, city funding source(s), grants, construction change orders and design firm.  The projects are listed by type (Facilities, Parks, Sewer, Stormwater, Street, Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant) and include the current phase of each project.
