Each year, Edmonds in Bloom holds a fund raising event called Kids Plant for Mom’s Day on the day before Mother’s Day. The event is held at the Edmonds Farmers Market on Saturday, May 12 from 9 am to 2 pm. Children of all ages are welcome to attend this event. These budding gardeners get to pick a pot to decorate for Mom and then plant it with a variety of plants of their choice. A donation of $8.00 is appreciated for the cost of materials.
