Construction Hours
Sound or noise originating from construction sites as a result of construction activity is exempt from noise limits during the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays.
Construction activity noise on Sunday and Federal Holidays is limited to 55 decibels.
Report all sound or noise violations to 911.
