How do I report a street light out?

• Street light outages can be reported to the City of Edmonds Street Maintenance Division by completing the following PUD Light Repair/Replacement Request form.

• Please fill out the form to the extent possible, including the Edmonds Street Light Number (S-xxxxx) found on the under side of the light head.
