NOTICE OF APPLICATION: Seven Hills Properties has applied for Architectural Design Review (PLN20110076), Conditional Use (PLN20110077) and Short Subdivision (PLN20110078) to redevelop the subject property at 9801 Edmonds Way with a Walgreens and a bank. Tax parcel 27033600113200 is proposed to be subdivided into two lots with a 14,490 square foot Walgreens constructed on one lot and a 3,373 square foot bank constructed on the other lot. The project will also require some work on the adjacent western parcel (TPN 27033600113300) including installing rain gardens and pedestrian access linking the project to existing adjacent development. The three associated permits are being consolidated under a single review pursuant to ECDC 20.01.002.B as a Type III-B decision.

Any person has the right to comment on this application during public comment period, receive notice and participate in any hearings, and request a copy of the decision on the application. The City may accept public comments at any time prior to the closing of the record of an open record predecision hearing, if any, or, if no open record predecision hearing is provided, prior to the decision on the project permit. Only parties of record as defined in ECDC 20.07.003 have standing to initiate an administrative appeal. Information on this development application can be viewed or obtained at the City of Edmonds Development Services Department, 121 5th Ave North, Edmonds, WA 98020 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday or online through the City’s website at www.edmondswa.gov through the online permits link. Search for permit PLN20110077; all materials for the three permits have been associated with this permit number.
