The applicant removed several trees in a critical area without a permit at 1304 Olympic Avenue. The parcel is zoned Residential Single Family (RS-12). Tree cutting permits are Type II permits. Because the site is in an identified critical area, a restoration plan is required.  Public comments are due by Monday, Feb. 13, 2012 at 4:30 pm.
