The City of Edmonds serves many residences and businesses with drinking water distribution and sewage collection utility services.  The Water Division is responsible for the maintenance and operation of constant and safe delivery of potable water to over 10,000 customer accounts through 138 miles of distribution mains, 18 pressure reducing stations, three 1.5 million gallon reservoirs, and one three-million gallon reservoir and pumping station.  The Sewer Division is responsible for the maintenance and operation of 14 sanitary sewer pump stations, 26 residential grinder pumps, 3,200 sanitary sewer manholes, and over 186 miles of sanitary sewer mains serving over 9,800 customer accounts.  Our staff works continually to maintain and improve the utility infrastructure.
