ANDERSON CENTER FIELD

Home of the Frances Anderson Center this field gets a great deal of use year  round.  The City programs the field for its own classes and outdoor movies in the summer.   Youth organizations rent the field for practices and games, and community organizations such as the Edmonds Arts Festival hold their events here.

    Interesting facts:

    This site held a school for 81 years before closing in 1972. The City of Edmonds purchased the facility in 1978 and opened it as the Frances E. Anderson Cultural and Leisure Center in 1979.
