Edmonds Center for the Arts encourages citizens to take its Strategic Planning Survey.

Edmonds Center for the Arts (ECA) / Edmonds Public Facilities District (EPFD) has begun work on a Strategic and Business Planning process in partnership with Berk Consulting and AdvisArts. This planning process will focus on five key areas:
  • Clarifying the mission and vision of the organization;
  • Setting strategies to improve existing programs and develop new programs;
  • Identifying opportunities to better leverage existing partnerships and to establish new ones;
  • Reviewing/modifying the long-range vision for the development of ECA’s campus and facilities; and
  • Setting strategies to secure the financial future of the organization, its facilities and its programs.

In an effort to gather critical input from a broad list of stakeholders - including audience members, rental clients, partners, donors, volunteers and citizens at-large – ECA is asking all interested parties to take its Strategic Planning Survey. The survey will be available on-line beginning Monday, August 6, 2012. A link to the survey will be located at the top of the homepage on ECA’s website (www.ec4arts.org) on this date. A paper copy of the survey will also be made available upon request by calling the ECA Box Office at 425-275-9595.

Whether you have attended a performance at ECA (one of ECA’s own season presentations, or a performance by one of our Partner organizations or rental clients), or seen your child or grandchild perform in a dance recital, brought your kids to basketball practice in the ECA gymnasium, participated in a hula class, or attended\ a wedding reception, high school reunion, or corporate event, or if you have never been to ECA before, your thoughts are important to us! Thank you, in advance, for taking a few minutes to participate and for letting your voice be heard!
