Health & Fitness Expo – May 17

OBSTACLE COURSE, BIKE BLENDER AND MORE!  Mark your calendars for the 2nd Annual Health & Fitness Expo on Saturday, May 17 from 9-11:30am at the Edmonds School District Stadium – FREE and open to the public.  Kids and adults test your agility and balance in the Active Zone, raise your heart rate making a smoothie on the bike blender, get your blood pressure checked, see a 10 year old hamburger, try healthy snacks, visit a think your drink display and get a 10 minute massage!  Visit over 30 health and wellness booths and be active in the Move 60!
