Utility Billing

Governor Inslee has issued Proclamation 20-23, pertaining to Utility Ratepayer Assistance and Preservation of Essential Services. The City of Edmonds is committed to keeping our customers connected to essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. If you are experiencing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for support, including long-term payment arrangements or bill assistance. This Proclamation does not relieve customers from the obligation to pay for utility services.

The Utility Billing Division is located on the first floor of City Hall at 121 - 5th Ave N, Edmonds.

Urgent Notice to Utility Customers

We have become aware that some Utility Customers may be unknowingly using the Payment Service DOXO (indicated in the upper left corner) to pay their Utility Bills. The City of Edmonds has no affiliation with DOXO, and payments made via DOXO or any other payment service not affiliated with the City may not be received timely, which can result in service termination. To ensure timely payment and avoid unnecessary interruption in service, we advise our Utility Customers to use the City of Edmonds online bill pay system instead.
